Climbing in and out of the driver's seat was a challenge, and in a dress, a non-starter. Plus we have two granddaughters and one passenger seat meant that one child would have to ride in the trunk -- not! We realized that we needed to sell it and it was timely to trade in her Corolla with over 222,000 miles on it for a new Corolla, if the numbers worked out right. We did our homework on the internet and found that Wesley Chapel Toyota was very competitive with other Bay Area dealerships. They were anxious to get our business since they were intent on hitting their May sales goal, and because I regularly service my Highlander there. Eric Riley was terrific to work with. The fact that he, too, was from the mid-west didn't hurt him any, either. They were able to meet, and beat, offers for both trade-ins and come in below other dealerships for a challenging multipart deal that left us feeling very good about the whole experience. How often can anyone say that? Eric treated us with professionalism and respect, and understood the difficult circumstances and time constraints we were working under.
