New Toyota Highlander Purchase at Wesley Chapel Toyota We came from Venice Florida to purchase our 2014 Toyota Highlander Limited. We drove up to Wesley Chapel on a Sunday afternoon and traded our 2011 Sienna Van on the Highlander and drove it home that night. We dealt with Eric Riley, he was very knowledgeable of the Highlander and very pleasant to work with. He worked to get us the best deal possible and was very helpfull through the whole process. Everything presented to us was very transparent and open; I felt as no typical car salesman "games" were happening. Jack was willing to listen to what we were looking for in a car. Although we were there to look at a Yaris, he happily took us to look at other cars when we weren't sure if the Yaris would fit into our budget. Jack provided exceptional customer service and never pressured us into anything. Everything was explained thoroughly and all questions were answered with excitement and thoroughness to where I understood everything I needed to make a knowledgeable buying decision.
