I have been looking for a new vehicle for over 1 year now. I would stay up until 2am in the morning sometimes just looking on the internet. I have been driving a 1997 Toyota 4 runner limited for 16 yea now. I would stay up until 2am in the morning sometimes just looking on the internet. I have been driving a 1997 Toyota 4 runner limited for 16 years! It now has 199,000 miles! I really loved this SUV, but knew it was time to buy a new one. I finally saw exactly what I wanted on Cars.Com. It was the exact car-2012 Toyota Venza limited that I had been looking for. The car was the exact color- blizzard pearl, interior- beige leather, and had all of the features I had been looking for, like navigation, backup camera, and bluetooth, and it stated that I could find it at Wesley Chapel Toyota. The price was within my budget which was most important. I live in Orlando, so I knew I needed to contact the internet sales person immediately. I stated that I was interested, and to please have someone call me. The next morning, Jack Peck, the salesman from Wesley Chapel Toyota called me and left a message. I actually was at work, so was unable to speak with him at that time. However, that evening, around 7pm while I was driving home, I was able to reach him on his cell phone while he was driving home. I knew that we clicked the moment he said hello. He was very knowledgable, kind and didn't sound like a "typical" car salesman. He was even willing to send me a personalized video that he was going to make about the car. He wanted me to see the exact color, and features. The next morning, as promised, Jack had sent me a customized video of the car. I spoke with my boyfriend, and told him this was the car I had been looking for, and that I wanted to deal with Jack. We drove over 1 1/2 hours from my home in Orlando just to purchase my dream car. I knew I was going to be driving home the Venza that night, as long as Jack made sure that my payments were where I needed to be. And he did. He helped me every step of the way. I cried when Jack handed me the keys! The service and friendliness of the staff was exceptional. I am extremely happy with my new car, and would highly recommend this dealership and Jack Peck. I no longer have to look on the internet or listen to those stupid car commercials, because I finally have my car! Thank-you Wesley Chapel Toyota, and Jack Peck! More

Jack, listened to my needs and my schedule and communicated with me on my terms unlike other dealers that hounded me. They have a kids play room so that my 3 yo could play and not be board or pla communicated with me on my terms unlike other dealers that hounded me. I thought that Matt Brooks and John Weicherding went out of there way to make the deal happen for my new Toyota today. I originally came in looking for a white FJ. They took the time to find several white FJ's but none of them had all the features I wanted. They did have an FJ in the new Magma color on the showroom floor that did. Both John and Matt did not push the new color on me and said that they could find a white one if I wanted. The color kind of grew on me and I think the Magma one looks Great. I asked if they could do the numbers on that vehicle and both of them said why not. I told them that I was going to trade in my current Jeep which they gave me a price right in line with the feature on Toyota's website for trade in appraisals. Total time to purchase when I came in today was about 2 hours which I thought was OK since they were very busy helping me and many other customers. Both Matt and John made it very easy to purchase my new FJ and they both really did provide a positive car buying experience in taking Great care of Me - So Thank You Matt and John - Very Much - I'm sure I'll be seeing you all again when we need another car ! Came in to Westley Toyota to have a car serviced, and while waiting decided to look at new cars. Mark Howard ( salesman) explained the different models, took us for a drive, and when our car was not goin while waiting decided to look at new cars. Driving it, we really liked it, and called Mark, He went over pricing, gave us more info, and when we came back worked out a great deal on a new car. We had a tight time frame, He got staff to get car prepared, gas tank filled, had paper work rushed through, and really made this the best new car buying experience we have had. Karen Frankenbery More
