I had an 11:00 A.M. appointment with Jack Peck and he had the Tundra that I was interested in ready to test drive. He also gave me a tour of the dealership and introduced me to Bobby Wilcox. After agreeing on a price with Jack, I met Frank Wargo in financing where he made the process of doing all the paperwork as painless as possible. When my new Toyota Tundra was ready for me it was around 15:00, making the total time spent at the dealership around four hours. More
