I have already complained earlier this year about the lack for customer care and quality service. After my complaint I naively believe that my customer service experience would change. On the 29th of October I scheduled an oil change with Wesley Chapel Toyota Confirmation #: X02DO1XRL9. After I pulled into the maintenance area I was coerced by one of the associates who tried to up sell me things I did not need nor did I find necessary. After my refusal I gave him the keys and went inside. Not 10 minutes later an associate came out and said that I did not need an oil change, that my oil change is every 10,000 and argued with me that I have been getting my oil change every 10,000 miles. I knew that he was wrong and made it known. I even showed him the Maint. Req. light being on on my dashboard. He told me no and that he could check it for me but if it’s not under Toyota’s warrantee they would charge me $90.00 just to check it. When I asked him why they would charge me he stated in his condescending tone “This is how we keep the lights on and keep our employees working. “ Therefore, I will not have my oil changed until my car has 40,000 miles. If there is any damage done to my car because of his recommendation I will hold Wesley Chapel Toyota responsible. Wesley Chapel Toyota does not have any care or concern for their customers. My brother and I dealt with Tom Williamson and he was very professional, friend I purchased a Camry SE 2.5L and decided to upgrade to a Camry SE V6.
