Relocating from NY, I was in need of a new car. I had my heart set on a Prius due to the great MPG rating! I initially plugged in "Toyota, Tampa, FL" in my search field. Wesley Chapel Toyota at 5300 Eagleston Blvd popped up. I went to the site and it gave me the ability to chat online. Also, there were like a ton of 5 star ratings! The chat rep put me in touch with Mike Grega and I am glad they did. He was very helpful in answering my questions via emails about the Prius. I met Mike on 3/6/14. I was kind of nervous about the whole thing as I had not purchased a new car in over 13 years. I had flashbacks of times in the past where sales reps were pushy and would pressure or strong arm one into buying a car. Well, let me say, when I walked into the dealership I was blown away. The place is massive and super clean. Mike came out promptly. He is very nice and professional. Made me feel like I had known him for awhile. Was very patient and did not pressure me at all! He went out on the lot and brought back (2) Priuses, grey and white as I had requested. Took a test drive. After that, we went back in and Mike worked up different rates and terms for me to choose from based on (3) packages. Mike made it very painless. Then here comes the good part. Being I had a rental, Mike said if I decided to purchase that day that he would drive the car to my house in Spring Hill, have a buddy follow us, and then go back with his buddy. That, I did not expect! Saved me the trouble of going back the next day with a friend. I would recommend Mike Grega in a heartbeat!!! Also, the dealership! Kelly Heflin/Finance Manager was also great! The original ins. company, (think Flo), that I was going to go with, really botched up the deal. So I decided not to go with them. When I was signing the paperwork in her office, she heard about my problems with ins. We sat in her office for quite awhile while she helped me shop for ins. online. She also made a few calls. Not once did she seem perturbed or frustrated. Was very upbeat and chipper throughout the whole process. Finally was on my way thanks to her. If I had not met these two great people at this great dealership, I don't know what might have been. But, thanks to them, my experience was the greatest experience I ever had buying a car!!! He even returned our call when our rear back up camera was not working properly and reminded us to take advantage of the warranty for bumper to bumper. I had been looking for a car for months dreading to have to go to a dealership, when I found the car it was a great price I sent an e-mail to see if the car was available.
