Today I brought home my first new car! Lynne was amazing. We connected right off the bat. In addition, the fresh cookies MIGHT have helped since I had missed a meal. Without a doubt, Ray is well versed in the particulars of the Rav4, in that he was able to thoroughly cover the operation of the vehicle and most of all, he answered my questions. He made me feel comfortable learning and applying the advanced technology applicable to the vehicle. John and the entire staff worked real hard to get us the car we wanted at a payment we could live with.
