He was very knowledgeable about the Camry Hybrid and went out of his way to make sure that I got all the information I needed to make the best decision. He did not use high pressure tactics and did not rush out of his way to make sure that I got all the information I needed to make the best decision. He did not use high pressure tactics and did not rush me into a decision that I might have regretted. I had previously looked at Ford and Lexus vehicles but made my final decision based on the car and my salesman. He also did not disappear after the final papers had been signed he stayed to make sure that I had everything I needed before I drove off the lot in my new car. I had not purchased a car since 2001 and it was refreshing to deal with a true salesman and not an order taker and not once did he make me feel that I was an inconvenience to him. More

I came in Saturday to get an oil change on my Prius, I went to the showroom and saw a Harley Davidson on the showroom. Fast forward we agreed on the price 12500. I needed a draft from my bank to take del went to the showroom and saw a Harley Davidson on the showroom. Fast forward we agreed on the price 12500. I needed a draft from my bank to take delivery of the bike, since its the weekend only Monday is available. I asked PJ the finance guy if I put a down payment can I take the bike home, he said no. I totally understand that, he asked if I want to put a deposit to save the bike for potential purchaser, I said sell it if someone comes. It's Monday I called Harley dealership to asked how much the service is, he quoted me of below 500. I asked Pj to asked them if they can lower the price, I don't have 500 to shell out immediately to service the bike to be road ready. So Albert left a rude high voice message on my phone and accusing me of not calling back. First lesson for being one of the manager is to handle a proper communication with the customer and not to accused a customer not calling back. I work at a hospital and my Tmobile does not get serviced in my location and I was not able to received calls, I got the voicemail when I was leaving the hospital. I was totally shocked to have this Albert leave a message like that when he simply can just say, I'm sorry we cannot do anymore with that price and please to call us back period.
