We had been looking for a vehicle for around two months by this time and each and every dealership we went to were really pushy and overly eager. When we came to Wesley Chapel Toyota we got greeted by Mic by this time and each and every dealership we went to were really pushy and overly eager. We got a great price on our 2011 Chevy Equinox that we bought from them and the whole process only took about 2 hours. I would highly recommend them to anyone wanting to get a new or used vehicle. From start to finish we had an awesome experience!! I hate buying cars....but they made mad a miserable experience fun, LOL!! And this was the 2nd time we'd chosen to buy from this dealership (we'd had hate buying cars....but they made mad a miserable experience fun, LOL!! And this was the 2nd time we'd chosen to buy from this dealership (we'd had an equally good experience the first time). Low pressure from our salesman, Jack Peck, which I like. Nothing pushes me away from a sale like feeling pressured. We'd called ahead of time to tell him we were coming & what we wanted to see. He had several choices waiting for us when we drove up. Awesome!! He spent a LOT of time taking us on test drives, and never made us feel rushed (and we were taking a lot of his time) He knew all the answers to my questions, and when he didn't know, he got me someone who could help. He also went out of his way to get us lunch (it was a busy day and we were buying two cars). Bobby Wilcox did a fantastic job educating us about the choices we had in options....was really, really grateful for his help. Financing didn't work out as initially planned, but we were very satisfied with the alternative arrangements that were made...the financing staff went out of their way to get us a rate we were very pleased with - thank you, Kelly!! We appreciated your ability to think outside the box and come up with a fantastic solution that benefited everyone. All around, a great experience. We shouldn't need any new cars for a while (they're Toyotas, after all!), but if we do, we'll be back! More

Gina is mean. They screwed up what they were supossed to do, and she cops an attitude with me. Your guys lost the paperwork, not me. I mean she gets pissed at me because her guys lost my notes. But I will not deal with that xxxxx again. Also I am going to purchase a new intake for my scion, But not from wesley chapel toyota. That's 475 bucks they aint getting from me.
