I gave Wesley Chapel Toyota and Lynne Hudson a rating of 5 because of my excellent experience in purchasing a new Toyota Prius on 3-29-13. I have not had great experiences in car shopping and this time w 5 because of my excellent experience in purchasing a new Toyota Prius on 3-29-13. I have not had great experiences in car shopping and this time was most unusual in that I had an appointment for service on my 2012 Camry Hybrid LE. I went in for service with a car I was not happy with, and left with a new car I am just head over heels with. I had never bonded with the Camry and did not have a good experience when purchasing. I am so grateful to Finance Manager, Edwin Andino, who stopped me to say hello and see if he could help me with anything. His keen eye saw a person who wanted a new Toyota but was very hesitant about it. After talking with Mr. Andino for a bit, he said I have the perfect sale person to assist you. And, boy was he right. He introduced me to Lynne Hudson, who answered and addressed all my concerns. She looked at almost every Prius on the lot to match me with just the right one that would fit my needs. Her experience and knowledge of all the different Toyota models was exceptional. Her knoweldge of the Prius was outstanding. She knew what was in stock, on the lot and available. Her patience with me during the test drive and the many times I wavered back and forth between colors was amazing. It was truly the best and most wonderful experience I have ever had in purchasing a new car. I would not hesitate to recommend her to family and friends. I love this Prius and hope to have it for a while, but when I am ready to change cars, I will look for Lynne Hudson to be my outstanding sale professional once again! More

After car hunting for about 5 days, I wish I had made my last stop my first stop! My experience at Wesley Chapel Toyota was phenomenal from start to finish. As I approached the entrance door I was greeted by a very friendly sales associate even after he realized I was there to see someone else. Know I did A LOT of online research on the particular vehicles I was interested in, so I was able to give Mr. Hugh Palmer an overview of what I was looking to purchase as he gave me his very professional, knowledgeable and unbiased opinion about my selections , he than introduced me to Mr. Lee Houston who took care of me from there. Lee knew everything there was to know about any car I asked about on their lot rather it was Toyota, Honda or Nissan, etc.! Lee showed me the models I desired and offered me a test drive. While I completely fell in love with the initial car I drove, the 2010 EX-L Accord as Lee had said I probably would, I still ended up going back to my roots of the Toyota. I've driven a Toyota since 2005, both the Solara and the Camry and that's what I ended up with again,the 2012 Camry previously owned by 1 owner. Of the many features I loved about the Camry outside of the touchscreen monitor, Bluetooth connection and gas efficiency, Lee informed me that the Camry does come with 10 airbags whereas the Accord comes with six. God forbid we will ever need of them to deploy, it is a piece of mind while I have my beautiful and healthy 7 yr. old daughter riding in the back seat to think about. After making my decision , Edwin was the last team member I sat with while I signed all the final paperwork and took actual ownership of the car. He's another great member of the team, the interest rate ending up being lower than I expected and he offered a smart payment plan that allows me to pay biweekly which works perfectly for me; being a teacher it aligns exactly with my pay periods. God is awesome! So God bless and thanks to Hugh,Lee and Edwin for the awesome service! I drove away in a model I'm extremely comfortable with and look forward to our continued relationship with Wesley Chapel Toyota for many years to come. Hopefully THEY are all still with the dealership when it comes time for me to trade in as they're the ones I'll want to buy my next car from. Definitely hands down a 10 **********star service! I tried the ford dealership in wesley chapel and had no luck all they did was jerk me around and tell me that they could looking for a new vehicle. My fiance has a toyota prius and told me to try there so i put an application for credit in through the online service and wasnt really expecting anything. The very next day an Eric Riley called me and had me come in to look at some cars. We were working with Lynne Hudson by phone for about 2 weeks. My college age daughter was buying a Tacoma, which she kept wanting to buy certain items on truck and color. The trucks would come and go faster then my daughter would make her mind up. Through it all Lynne was awesome. And Kelly in finance was also wonderful to work with. The whole team got in on it - kept telling my daughter she is going to love her new truck. My daughter wanted the access cab and we didn't want her to spend that much - we had a budget in mind and the team at Wesley Chapel new that and made my daughter realize how nice of a truck she got even though it was the basic model. The whole experience was the best we ever had at a car dealership and would recommend them to everyone! More
