This is the third vehicle I have purchased from John. He is very kind and is willing to help in any way he can. The last vehicle I purchased was a 2013 tundra and went down on a Saturday just to look and see what they had to determine if it would be worth trading my dodge in before taking a trip to Waynoka, Oklahoma with the 4-wheelers. Well we test drove the tundra and did decide to purchase the truck before going on the trip. John helped us get thru the paperwork very fast and efficiently to speed the process up. We were in and out in just less than 3 hours. We had some stuff that we needed to get out of the old truck the next day and he made sure it would be where we could get to it easily. He even helped us get the stuff swapped out. The windows also needed to be tinted since they never got done before we got the truck, and he made sure they got an appointment set on our schedule to be sure it got done and wasn't forgot. Everyone at this dealership is very kind and helpful. Never had any complaints that I can think of about this place. Even took a vehicle there for service that was purchased from a different dealership and they took care of me with no problems what so ever. More

Jack is helpful, makes every effort to see that your automobile needs are met and does all of this without the pressure tactics so oft of Jack Peck. The dealership has a comfortable environment and a professionally run service department that does excellent work. Many of the people who work in the dealership know us by name but especially, Jack Peck. Who always comes to greet me when I am in the dealership for regular service and inquires about my family. These intangibles are important and very much a part of what keeps us coming back. Other sales personnel should shadow Jack and work to understand his example. More

I had a wonderful and productive visit to the Wesley Chapel Toyota Dealership. What I discovered was the largest dealership in the greater Tampa Bay area for Toyota and Scion automobiles. I was able to look at all the current Toyota models as their display was complete. This allowed me the opportunity to consider which model style and features I was most interested in having in a car. It was going to be a "wish list" type of shopping trip in order to obtain information. However, I really did come to the dealer to look over the new model of Corolla and found the perfect fit, price and features. Ray was my sales person and listened to my wish list for this automobile, desire to have a reasonable payment as well as my list of previous Toyota auto's I have owned. He contacted his sales director, Frank Wargo and I was informed this was possible and he had a certified used 2011 Toyota Corolla in mind. He explained the unlimited certification that Wesley Chapel Toyota allows on it's new and certified used Toyota automobiles. I really believe this was one of the reasons I chose to purchase from this dealership. I whispered to my sales person, Ray, that I usually keep my Toyota vehicles until they reach around 250,000 miles and then give them to friends and family members. He smiled and showed me the documents. One of the other special topics that came up during my visit was about the charities that this dealership sponsors. They had put together a notebook for staff to recall their charity events and I was able to see some of the employees in action on their Habitat for Humanity Home as well as shoes for children in need. One more thing. When I get into my Corolla I am thrilled at it's beauty and style and truly believe that all Toyota's are luxury cars. It rides beautifully and I got 38 miles per gallon with my first tank of gas! I look forward to my long term relationship with this organization and sales team. My partner and I spent a great deal of time researching new vehicles before we ventured out to purchase. We opted to run several dealerships along SR 52, and chose Wesley Chapel Toyota first. Ray Dellaero, our salesman, met us at the front door and could not be more accomodating. He patiently dealt with our many questions, and ended up showing us 4 different cars. As we approached a decision, leaving just the price to settle upon, Albert White stepped in to negotiate with us. He was very reasonable and quite accomodating, allowing us to find a fair price for the purchase. Once that was settled, we were introduced to Kelly Heflin, who was incredibly efficient, affable, and quite the joy to work with. If arranging financing can be considered enjoyable, this was one of those times. The entire process was smooth and seemless, with no surprises, which was a refreshiing surprise. In short, we were so impressed with the car, the service, and the deal, we never looked at another dealership, or another car. We are the proud owners of a 2013 Camry Hybrid, and very pleased with the purchase. More
