When my wife and I drive to the dealer, (not a short drive!), Amanda meets us at the door and tells us, "we tried to call you back, yesterday to inform you that BMW is gone". I was so disappointed, I started to leave! That was when Ray Dellaero showed up and convinced us that this was not some bait and switch trick. It was still unfortunate that "the car" was gone, also there were more fish in the sea.... So we went out to the lot and looked around. I wasn't going to find a car - like the BMW.
