This was my 1st experience buying a new car. I did a great deal of research before coming to Wesley Chapel Toyota, including visiting several other local (Suncoast/Tampa) Toyota dealerships. I was very nervous about buying a new vehicle, especially since there would be no financing or leasing involved. In other words, I came there to buy a new car outright. Cesar Hernandez was great to work with that afternoon and right from the start he showed me all about the Prius 3 model I had come to see. He showed me all the car's features and explained why it would be a car that would suit my personal needs nicely. He took the extra time to thoroughly explain operating systems in simple terms, so that put my anxiety to rest. The test drive I took with Cesar was also very helpful in making my final decision to buy the Prius. He did an excellent job explaining how the "hybrid" system works in the Prius. Coupled with the Toyota factory booklets I felt much more comfortable about this new technology, that it would be a good fit for me. Cesar had a calming effect on my nerves that day and I was able to make an informed decision after the "selling" process was completed. There were times when I was thinking to myself.... maybe I should hold off for a while and come back later, but Mr. Hernandez was very reassuring. about the Prius and that was what it took to close the deal. In addition, the Parts and Accessories Depts. were also very helpful and professional in 2 separate, subsequent visits I made to Wesley Chapel Toyota. Later on, Kelly Heflin and PJ Leary were also very helpful with a problem I experienced with the temporary registration. I needed to have the original temporary registration extended and they took care of that issue 1, 2, 3. I'm very appreciative of their efforts but especially those of Cesar Hernandez. I'm delighted with the Prius 3 and it's running beautifully. The Lifetime Warranty from Wesley Chapel was also a very strong selling point. I am a single woman and had heard all the horror stories of salesman and women buying cars on their own. But I decided to go to a dealership anyway. From the time I walked in to Wesley Chapel Toyota I was amazed. The first person to approach me was PJ. PJ made me feel welcome and at ease right from the start. He and I talked and he took all information about me and my situation and by the time John was introduced to me PJ explained everything to John. John and I went out picked out a car. We test drove the car and John explained every inch of the car to me. John is the most awesome saleman I have ever met. John made me feel comfortable enough that if I had any question he would answer me truthfully and not feed me a line. Then PJ worked his magic and we made a deal.
