I reluctantly, but somewhat urgently, found myself in need of a new (to me) car, so I started on-line in an attempt to not have to run all over town with my mechanically challenged vehicle. He was friendly and professional & really did all he could to make this as smooth a process as possible. He listened to my needs and was sensitive to my financial limitations. John handled quite a bit of the "legwork" prior to me even arriving at WCT which I appreciated immensely. Jaime made the financing quick and easy (albeit freezing in his office...lol). My friend bought a used car there and it had been in an accident and she felt very taken advantage of because she was a woman. When she took it back everyone was very sorry it had happened and treated her accident and she felt very taken advantage of because she was a woman. It is nice to be treated well when you enter a business, but when a terrible mistake like that is made good, it really says a lot about the business. I felt I would be treated fairly there. More

The property (WCT) is immaculate and the associates operate in very freindly yet proffessional manner. We did meet with finance, service & options personnel but most of our time was with John who answered every question and the experience was positive through every aspect.
