I was on the WESLEY CHAPEL OF TOYOTA site and a coupon popped up for 250.00 off filled out my info and interest of the 2011 scion tc. Received a friendly voice message from Jack Peck. I called Jack back let him know I was heading down to come look at the car, Jack said he'd have the car pulled up front for us. Jack greeted my daughter and I, as we were admiring the car.Took it for a test drive we talked about our jobs and how far we traveled to work etc.Jack answered all my questions I had asked about the cars mechanics.We got back from our test drive Jack showed us around the dealership introduced us to his co=workers along the way.Everyone was friendly the atmosphere was very comfortable and family orientated. Something I never experienced at a car dealership before.I now know why Jack travels a distance to go to work.Got introduced to PJ LEARY who was just as pleasant and friendly.PJ explained everything to me as I was purchasing "My New Car" Kudo's to you both!!Oh by the way,!I Love my car!!! Because we had not pre-determined what brand of car we wanted to buy, my wife and I looked at many dealerships before deciding which car to buy. On our first visit to Wesley Chapel Toyota we met Eric Rile wanted to buy, my wife and I looked at many dealerships before deciding which car to buy. On our first visit to Wesley Chapel Toyota we met Eric Riley, and he did a great job of explaining the advantages to buying a Toyota or Scion vehicle, in addition to their Nationwide Lifetime Warranty. He was patient and informative, without ever being pushy, and really put us at ease. We did not make a purchase that night, deciding to do more research. Doing that research, we discovered that everything that Eric told us about the quality and reliability of Toyota and Scion vehicles was true. Although there are at least two other Toyota dealerships closer to our home than Eric's, the level of customer service he provided us made our decision to go to Wesley Chapel Toyota an easy one. On Sat wife and I went to see a special deal on a Prius C advertised on the internet. Met with John Lane who introduced us to Mike Grega. Mike worked with us and we drove the C and regular Prius. Mike was personable and knowledgeable on the cars, pushed to make the sale but wasn't pushy! Now, I'm in my 60s and have been to many dealerships, as a matter of fact for the past 2 weeks we have been car shopping and visited several local Toyota dealerships as well as other manufacturers in the area. I have to say that Westley Chapel Toyota was one of the best I've visited. What really impressed me was the sales staff. It has been my experience that the sales staff (other than the sales person working with me) usually won't give you the time of day because they know they can't sell you a car! At your dealership the sales staff all seemed very friendly and quick to help. We asked one for the rest room while Mike was getting the car for us to see. The salesmen jumped up and walked us into the showroom and almost to the restroom door! Several said hi to us and we just got a friendly feeling while we were there. The facility is very nice and we felt pretty comfortable while there. We haven't made up our minds yet as to what car we will be purchasing but wanted to let you know about our experience. More

From start to finish, everyone who helped me was exceptional. PJ Leary, Albert White, Michelle Terry, and Lynne Hudson held my hand and made my purchasing of a vehicle exceptional. The purchase experience was Great. I usually dread the entire experience associated with the purchase of a new vehicle. I maintain service on my vehicles and keep them 10+ years in part to avoid having t entire experience associated with the purchase of a new vehicle. At Wesley Chapel Toyota the purchase experience was quite pleasant. My sales consultant, Lynne Hudson, was attentive and listened to my requirements. She did not push the hard sell that I abhor. Lynn ensured that I understood every step of the purchase process and again, she listened to me. This is why she got the sale. Jaime Garces was great in explaining the finance. Again, Jaime listened walked me through each step of the finance process; explaining the rate, warranties and my projected monthly payment. This was quite painless and again I was grateful for the experience. Would I recommend Wesley Chapel Toyota? Absolutely! Keep up the good work. Sondra Howard More

I contacted John Weicherding, made a trip to Wesley Chapel Toyota, and got a no pressure introduction to the dealership and our new Venza. John was extremely knowledgeable about the models we were interested in and was very patient as we compared our final selections. I told John that I loathe haggling and he came back with an offer very close to my goal. One counter-offer and the deal was done. John escorted us through the entire process as we met with other staff. Totally painless and I will go back to John and Wesley Chapel Toyota the next time I am thinking about purchasing a vehicle. More
