Invited to the dealership, the experience continued in the parking lot where I was greeted by a friendly hello. Asked if I needed assistance, I was ushered into the cavernous, modern showroom and greeted once again by the receptionists who assisted me as I waited for John to come free. Before we even began to talk the deal, he led me on a tour of the facility. Wow! A service department that looked like a surgery suite it was so clean and staffed by friendly folks and more amenities than I could imagine. The smell of coffee and the inviting waiting area complete with cookies and an internet cafe were amazing. Everyone was genuinely appreciative of an opportunity to trade my old Ford for a new Toyota! The process was seamless and professional and never pushy or demanding. John laid out the best price for the vehicle and once I agreed, I was assisted by the financing department as we completed the deal. Finally, as I emerged from signing all the paperwork, I was again met by John and we went over all the details of delivery. I received my new Tacoma with a thorough explanation of all the features and he even programmed my smartphone to the Bluetooth.
