The staff met all our needs and more. They were very friendly and bent over backwards to take care of us. It took a long time to get the deal done but that was my fault because I had 2 vehicles to trade friendly and bent over backwards to take care of us. They move at a snail’s pace in processing paperwork before and after purchasing. It’s been over a month and still have not received a new license plate or final documents needing signatures that were supposed to be overnighted the next day after I purchased the car. I’ve been riding on an expired temp tag for almost two weeks. I've left several messages up to the General Manager and no one has called back to resolve the issue. I’ve never posted a review on a company regardless of my experience but this needs to be told. Their prices may be a bit lower but it’s not worth the headache/frustration. My father is having the same lack of customer service issues regarding service on the new vehicle he purchased from here. Take your business elsewhere.
