Just bought a 2012 Sienna at Wesley Chapel Toyota today and Mike Pelletier and PJ were superb. Another Toyota Dealer near Brandon let us down saying they had a car when they did not and Wesley Chapel To and Mike Pelletier and PJ were superb. Another Toyota Dealer near Brandon let us down saying they had a car when they did not and Wesley Chapel Toyota came to the rescue. They matched the deal and provided a new Sienna the same day ! We got prices from four dealerships over the internet and Wesley were by far the most attentive and responded promptly to our emails. The dealership is state of the art and this family business clearly puts customers as their top focus. They have a creche for kids, a great waiting area with coffee and cookies and even massage and nails if you get really bored ! We met many staff who were all very happy and clearly proud of who they work for - it tells you alot about the owners of this dealership - they look after their people well. The raving wall, the Chairmans Club - all great touches. They look after every customer need and Mike was absolutely professional and excellent. They gave me a price over the internet through the AAA program, had the car waiting for me when I arrived for a test drive and even fed me fresh cookies. My wife and I decided to look at cars as we needed to get a newer car that our daughter could use. As Amanda was currently busy, John took us to see what was on the lot. Not only did we see what was on the lot, we learned alot about the various options and about the models we were interested in. As it turned out - our car was one that had just been traded in ! John was able to get the car detailed and Jaime was able to get our financing taken care of in record time...for a late Sunday afternoon, it was a delightful 'buying a car' experience. Alas, this car we bought will not go to our daughter as it is exactly what I need and is my new 'used' car ! The follow up calls were a nice touch and very helpful. More
