A complete nightmare I was lied to repeatedly, sold an unsafe car, they were in breach of contract for repairs they were supposed to fix, the Sales Manager cussed at my hu I was lied to repeatedly, sold an unsafe car, they were in breach of contract for repairs they were supposed to fix, the Sales Manager cussed at my husband and I. I wish I could have purchased from anyone but them. They even sent in my taxes on the car late. So I got sent a late notice from the state with a fee that needed to be paid. The employees here are rude. They don't communicate well between each other so my buying process was a mess. If I could do it over I would have waited longer and went somewhere else and got a different car. They are horrid. Never answer the phone or get back with you. More

Even when there were over 50 in his trading district of 28 dealerships. Then he recommended I go to another dealership. No way he or the new gm was gonna give me the car for the agreed price. Weres his commission? Lol I don't buy cars to pad salesman pockets. What a horrible 3 week experience. Went to ford sat and they were amazing . got my deal and was out in just a few hours with a car.... More

Poor customer service Took Honda 2009 CRV in on Thursday for service, needed bushings. Didn't have. had to order, I was told will have to keep until Friday morning. I started calling at noon. Left messages on voice mails. No service people answered or called me back all day after numerous calls. I called at 6:40pm, same deal except was asked if I wanted to upgrade to new car? I said I don't even have my car. So asked for service manager, got his voice mail, no return call. At 7:02pm I received a call asking if I was picking up my car??? I asked is it done? He said yes, no one called? I could have screamed. I said NO, I have been calling all day. I have no way to get up there now. I asked what time was it finished? He said NOON. Worse service ever, not one returned call, not even a call to say it was ready. More
