My salesperson, John Rush, was great and the sales manager, Harley Wyatt, is second to none! They were both extremely helpful and knowledgable and I could tell that they had a sincere interest in helping me make the best purchase decision. I believe the initial salesman I met with was new on the job - he was pleasant enough, but not too knowledgeable about the car or the dealership. He came back to me with a first offer which was nowhere near what I had been expecting, and not in a good way! I was ready to leave because we were thousands of dollars apart, and that is when Dylan came over. I could tell Dylan wanted to make it right, and he did. He gave me a very fair offer on the new car and my trade-in, but I did not take it that day because I wasn't sure of exactly what model I wanted (LX? EX? FWD? AWD?) I did some more looking and shopping, and when I decided what I wanted, I contacted Dylan, even though I knew they did not have the car I wanted on their lot. He made me an even better offer than before, and found the car I wanted within a couple of days and had it delivered to his dealership, and I am a very satisfied customer. Dylan was also quite helpful in explaining the features of my new CRV and getting my phone set up, and I felt that he really cared about my situation all along. I would recommend Dylan and West County Honda to any of my friends and acquaintances looking to buy a car. More

I'm very appreciative of Bret Donaldson's up-front honesty about the value of our trade (retail and wholesale value) as well as the value of the car we bought, and then to work with the finance manager to get to an agreeable price and loan % / term was exactly what my family needed in the deal. Great experience at West County Honda I was in the market for a used car and when searching around I found a 2012 Chrysler 200s at West County Honda. I went down there as soon as I could j I was in the market for a used car and when searching around I found a 2012 Chrysler 200s at West County Honda. I went down there as soon as I could just to take a look at it and see how I felt about it. I met with Dylan Hubler and after talking with him and taking it on a test drive I ended up buying it that night! He is an awesome salesman. He was very knowledgeable about the car and really helped me with everything I needed to do to get rid of my old car and purchase the new one.
