CR-V Purchase I started online getting price comparisons. The price was the best at West County Honda. I brought my quote with me. Dylan was very helpful and sho I started online getting price comparisons. The price was the best at West County Honda. I brought my quote with me. Dylan was very helpful and showed me the fun features on the 2014 CR-V and we went for a test drive. He did not try to bump up the price and made the experience quite enjoyable. Stay Away Yet again another dealer, that deals in extremely high pressure! I was not even sure I wanted another car when I went in. I was allowed to drive a new CRV and then after that, they used every trick in the book to get me to buy! As in, "what will it take for you to buy now"! And even worse when I kept saying, "NO" the assistant manger came out with a sarcastic attitude! I will not even talk about the high pressure tactics, he used! Eventually I did end up buying a new CRV, but rest assured it was not from this dealer! More
No response to complaints I have owned my first (and last Honda) for 10 months. There is never a time that I go into this dealership that I leave without some fiasco occurring. I wrote a letter to one GM and never heard from him ... but found out later he had been replaced. On April 24, 2014 I had an issue over the most ridicules thing and left the current GM (Jason Prunkard) a voicemail as soon as I returned home. To date (April 28, 2014) ... I have yet to hear from him. Here is what happened on April 24, and what I called him about ... I simply went in for a car wash as I do almost every other week for the past 10 months ... I sat in the waiting room but after about 20 minutes I got up to ask about my vehicles status. As I got up, i saw my vehicle parked next to the building. I asked the service rep what was going on and he said it was ready. No one ever came into the waiting area to announce this (as they have done on the past). I walked towards my car to hear it just sitting there idling for who knows how long - with the A/C on !! I went back to tell the rep about it, and he had no explanation why no one told me it was ready ... or how long the car had been idling. But this is very typical of what happens at this dealership. As soon as I got home I called and left a message to Jason Prunkard really just to make him aware ... but no response as I have mentioned. Try calling the dealership number at 636-391-6900 and press zero for an operator! I did that twice on back-to-back phone calls and no one EVER answered. Yet call back and press the option for new sales and someone will answer. Also, any buyers considering a Honda CRV ... mine has leather, sun roof, bluetooth, back-up camera, heated seats - BUT NO INTEGRATED GARAGE DOOR OPENER !!!. It is not even an option as I understand. I have 2 other cars from 2000 and 2002 and BOTH of them have this feature. My only solution was to take back my 80 year old mothers opener to put on my my visor. Makes no sense ... check out chatter on the web concerning this same issue. More

Lauren McKay responded almost immediately to my online inquiry. Her ongoing follow up felt like great customer service, not constant pressure to buy a car. I was impressed with her attitude. Dylan was great. He patiently answered all of my questions and treated me with respect. I felt no pressure at all and felt really good about my purchase. He was a pleasure to work with and I would recommend Dylan to anyone needing to buy a car. Both Lauren and Dylan followed up after the purchase. Excellent representatives of West County Honda. If the service department offers the same level of customer service, I'll never go anywhere else and I'll recommend West County Honda every time. More

If you would like to select a dealership that you can trust stay away of this place. The service is simply awful. For three weeks after I bought a car from them I had to keep calling to find out when the trust stay away of this place. The service is simply awful. For three weeks after I bought a car from them I had to keep calling to find out when the car will be delivered. On the final big day when I went to pick the ar up, I left empty handed, as the ar that was waiting for me was dirty. I do not know what they did when the odyssey before they tried to deliver it to me, but it looked like it was used to transport something really nasty. The car had over 600 miles already on it. If you value customer experience go somewhere else. I did. More
