When they didn't have the color I wanted, he coordinated a dealer trade and personally drove to pick up the car I wanted. Only complaint I had was with Ken, the finance coordinator. He made us wait 2 1/2 hours while he finished up paperwork on another deal, even though the customer had already left, never apologizing about the wait. After waiting, we found out the car they had received was damaged. I do give the dealership credit for being honest regarding the situation and providing transportation while they located another car. More

Went to see new CRV, wife fell in love with preowned Venza We were looking for small to midsize suv for wife. Needed to have awd, satellite radio, good gas mileage, leather and wife had to like the styling. Sh We were looking for small to midsize suv for wife. Needed to have awd, satellite radio, good gas mileage, leather and wife had to like the styling. She drove virtually all of the various suvs. At West County the salesman, Harlen Gibson took us out on the lot to see a new white Honda CRV equipped the way we wanted. Wife saw a 2012 pearl white Venza and loved the styling. It had all the equipment we were looking for, was so clean it looked brand new. It was very easy to finalize negotiations to my satisfaction. The dealer took my trade-in without actually appraising it. Harlen delivered the Venza to my house and picked up our trade-in. The finance manager beat a very low rate that I had already qualified for from a credit union. All in all and excellent experience. More

The worst experience I've had with a Dealership Sure they are warm and fuzzy when they are trying to sell you something, but after you purchase - the customer service ends. I referred a friend here shortly after buying my car. He purchased for his son, so I should have received a referral bonus, but never did. I called and left messages. No call back. Within a few weeks we started noticing tire noise and took it into a shop. They told us the tires were defective and we needed to take it back to the dealership (because it was CERTIFIED) to have them replaced. We brought it in and the service guys agreed, there was no alignment issue and the tires were bad. Of course the manager Jason (who admittedly knows nothing about tires, or apparently cars in general) refused to replace the tires, and was completely rude and unprofessional -dodging our calls and trying to push us off on everyone else. Oh boy! What great managerial skills you have! Thanks for absolutely nothing West County Honda. And to those reading, I wouldn't waste your time with these people! You buy certified so that your car DOESN'T nickel and dime you! But what's the point when you are dealing with a bunch of slime xxxxx. More

Bob immediately offered to assist me as I got out of my car to view cars and I really appreciated that as sometimes, the sale people don't even ask if you need help. Also, Bob asked good questions about what I would be using the car for and my price range. Bob stayed within the parameters that I set and helped me with finding a car that fit my needs. Aside from the usual give and take with negotiating the sales process, it seem to me that the dealership played it straight and were honest about the history (used car). Bob even offered to have a few paint chips touched up at no cost to me. I will visit West County Honda for my next purchase. More
