Price on purchased vehicle was good, price on trade-in could've been higher but I conceeded because I didn't really feel Experience was very good. WE ARE A RETURN CUSTOMER TO WEST COUNTY HONDA AS OUR PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE WAS FAVORABLE. SINCE WE WERE IN THE MARKET FOR A NEW HONDA WE MADE A RETURN VISIT. WHEN WE STEPPED OUT OF OUR VEHICLE WE WERE GREETED BY BRAD, AND FIRST IMPRESSION WAS THAT HE WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND OUT GOING BUT NOT OVERBEARING OR HIGH PRESSURE. BRAD TOOK THE TIME TO SHOW US SEVERAL VEHICLES THAT WERE WHAT WE WERE LOOKING FOR. WE HAD DEBATED ON BUYING ANOTHER CIVIC BECAUSE OUR SON IN LAW SELLS NEW CARS AT A LOCAL DEALERSHIP ALSO, BUT WE WERE NOT AS COMFORTABLE WITH THE TRACK RECORD OF THE BRAND OF NEW VEHICLES THAT HE SELLS. My wife called the dealer (3) times and each time was dumped in someone's voicemail with the assurance of a call back. Never received a call back. If buying a car from them, you will most likely be fine as long as you have absolutely no expectations of any sort of service or help after the sale. More
