We came to “just have a look” and ended up buying Lincoln Navigator. For sure we liked the car a lot, however, Ms. Lauren Washenberger was simply amazing: she was easy-going, very professional and knowledgea Navigator. My trunk had a lot of stuff in it and they treated it like non of it had any value. They flipped down the rear seats and shoved everything forward along with the liner that was there to keep my trunk cl like non of it had any value. Drove it to the local Ford dealership, there was no Lincoln dealership and they wouldn’t even look at it for me. He was way too busy to even plug in the diagnostic machine to tell me if it was safe to drive. The nearest dealership was 2+ hours away and I was 5 1/2 hours away from my dealership. I spent about 3 1/2 hours on the phone with no response from my dealership. Finally I called Ford direct and got a case # before I started getting any responses. I had deadlines and appointments with clients and had already spent an extra day trying to get towed through Lincoln’s roadside assistance (hard to find someone to tow you 2 1/2 hours) or to find out if it was safe to drive. I sent an email to everyone at my dealership and at about 3:00 pm headed home. On my way home at about 7:30 pm I received a call from my dealership. My rear axle and entire differential needed to be replaced and there had been a massive power surge to the electronics. This hybrid Corsair that I bought has had a ridiculous amount of recalls already and some of the issues I had were part of yet another 11/2025 recall listed with no available fix. More
