When I got to west end Lincoln I was greeted right away, and I got done just what was needed to be done was done in a timely manner. Also I want add that I was given a courtesy car wash! I scheduled my service as a wait for it type of appointment. Four hours after I dropped it off I still had not only not heard anything, I couldn’t get ahold of anyone. And the very specific things appointment. Four hours after I dropped it off I still had not only not heard anything, I couldn’t get ahold of anyone. And the very specific things I asked for in person and reiterated over text were completely ignored. I let him know I was going to get breakfast. Was told I would have answers soon. Then nothing. The diagnosis was literally EXACTLY what I said. And all the things I said were important to me were not even discussed. After numerous hassles navigating rides and actually getting back to the dealership after waiting for hours with no response I sat and waited for over a half hour additional time. The woman who said she was getting the service writer sat at a desk looking directly at me the entire time and when the service guy finally came, SHE HAD NEVER SAID A WORD TO HIM. Is it the same person who promised me they would have him get ahold of me right away? Because no one got that message either. The audacity to sit there for that long looking at me and not have the simple wherewithal to realize I was still waiting for someone she never got for that long?!?!?! And to pay a ridiculously priced diagnostic to literally tell me only what I already knew and discussed before the thing even saw a lift and began the xxxx meeting with, only to have every actual concern and question ignored effectively leaving me in the exact same situation I was in except I wasted an entire day and am down $300 dollars for jack xxxx. I feel genuinely ripped off and ignored and overlooked. I chose the dealership for my Lincoln thinking that it would be the highest level of service and the most informative possible service. And I got the same xxxxxxxx I could get anywhere else, but for half the price. And if you can’t take the xxxx car in and look at it for five hours or more after the appointment time, then perhaps DONT MAKE THE APPOINTMENT! I was crammed in and treated like a cash grab. I just spent almost 3 grand there just last month. I didn’t make another appointment to get the work done this time. Not because the price seemed high anyway, but because I have lost my ability to believe you give a xxxx about your customers. You didn’t respect my time or needs whatsoever. It was disrespectful and rude and frankly several people on your staff are incompetent, or liars. Because the runaround I got was inexcusable. More

Disappointed, When I went to pick up the truck the next day it was not detailed as promised and had a new scratch in the paint. They took the truck back in and said they would detail it if I could wait whi day it was not detailed as promised and had a new scratch in the paint. Truck came out 10 minutes later and it looked the same, muddy on the exterior, looked like the only thing that they did was vacuum the floor mat on the drivers side. Still not sure what is being done about the scratch as they acted like it was no big deal even though it was very obvious. Put a damper on the excitement of getting a new car. I also purchased an extended warranty and I looked for any documents on what I got and the process for using it if needed. Very disappointed as I drove off the lot. More
