I expected a "luxury" experience from Morrie's West End Lincoln, but what I received was professional negligence and a complete runaround. After purchasing a 2019 Nautilus, I discovered a loose lug nut o Lincoln, but what I received was professional negligence and a complete runaround. After purchasing a 2019 Nautilus, I discovered a loose lug nut on the wheel, a tire leak, and overfilled coolant. I had to pay for an independent inspection just to prove the safety failures that Morrie's "passed" in their own shop. Two major warnings for future buyers: 1. Check your Odometer: My Odometer Disclosure was off by nearly 1,000 miles. 2. Demand the Inspection Report: I was not provided the inspection paperwork until four days after the purchase. Once I saw it, it was clear the inspection was a "check-the-box" exercise, as it marked items as a "pass" that were clearly failing. When I brought these concerns to the Sales Manager, Gary, I was met with dismissive, unprofessional behavior. He even attempted to claim my "Buyer's Guide" warranty didn't cover the very systems explicitly listed on the paperwork and accused me of just trying to get a new set of tires. As a sales professional myself, I am appalled. Once the ink was dry, I was ignored and treated as if I no longer mattered. If you value safety, legal accuracy, and a dealership that honors its written word, I suggest looking elsewhere as this was the WORST experience I have ever had at a car dealership. More
