I purchased the oil change package at almost $800. I was told that they would pick up my car and bring it back to me. I didn’t realize that it was going to be a seven hour service. Nobody communicated I was told that they would pick up my car and bring it back to me. I didn’t realize that it was going to be a seven hour service. Nobody communicated with me that they were going to be fixing all the recalls and such. Also, I finally got my spare key after four phone calls to try to get it. I was told that I could come pick up my car, but that defeats the purpose of the valet oil change. The one positive thing is the gal that finally delivered my car to me was extremely nice and very apologetic. Super frustrating experience from the start. More
