Vehicle was in good shape, fair price and easy to purchase. Was not impressed with the say-do ratio of my sales person. Was told multiple times the car would be waxed, scratches on the hood buffe purchase. Was not impressed with the say-do ratio of my sales person. Was told multiple times the car would be waxed, scratches on the hood buffed out, 2 deep white scratches would be touched up and the sticky black grease on all 4 rims would be cleaned off. None of that was done and was informed there was only one key upon purchase. Later in the day I got the pleasure of doing touch ups and wiping grease from all 4 rims with paper towels. The car was in E so I did request a tank of gas and while it would have been a great gesture to top it off after not addressing the above items we’d discussed multiple times, it was filled to half which was reasonable, but a missed opportunity to surprise and delight after delivering the message, no wax, not going to touch up those scratches, you can deal with the grease and by the way there’s only 1 key. More
