Performed an oil change that was specifically told didn’t want. Also, while the delivery people were wonderful individually, the process to schedule was chaotic and non-responsive. After I cancelled a pick up time and was told I would be called back shortly, I didn’t receive a response for several days and someone still came to pick up my vehicle. My spouse kept receiving notices with different job numbers for the same vehicle services and delivery times, although during my initial call, I requested that number not be contacted.
