Fantastic service! We’re actually going to change mechanics after visiting West End Lincoln. We stopped in on a whim to reprogram two key fobs. My truck had suddenly started making a loud screeching noise, and I happen to be a mile from my dealership. Right when I drove up, Chase Hansen greeted me immediately took care of my truck. The mechanic quickly diagnosed the issue and rectified it. I was on my way in no time at all. Up until now I have not been impressed by West End Lincoln‘s customer service or salesman. I would like to say Chase Hansen definitely stands out. Because of him, I will have my vehicle serviced at West End Lincoln again in the future. Chase made all the difference in my day.
