All personnel were very friendly and professional. We received our new car 6 months after signing the contract. A large part of the delay was outside the dealers control. However we also encountered s We received our new car 6 months after signing the contract. A large part of the delay was outside the dealers control. However we also encountered several administrative issues, e.g. lack of communication regarding the final delivery date and problems with paperwork, that could have been avoided.
