Our plane from Roanoke was delayed for 2 hours. We missed our connecting flight in Washington. The next flight out wasn’t till 5:30. The dealership closed at 6. They went through all the paperwork. Showed us the bells and whistles on the car we purchased and we were on our way. Monica was a treasure to work with. She is bright and funny and just a joy to be around. We emailed and texted back and forth and got most of the paperwork needed done. Our experience was excellent. They got me in for service a few days before my appointment as my x3 became undriveable over 40 mph. Got the caliper covered under the warranty I purchased from them with the vehicle and got a hol appointment as my x3 became undriveable over 40 mph.
