yes they are courteous but honestly they are always telling me why they can't make an appointment, why they are too busy. I have used a bunch of different BMW centers as I have moved around for work. telling me why they can't make an appointment, why they are too busy. Will drive an extra hour each way for better service, and when it's time for a new vehicle, will go where I've been taken care of. More

This is my first experience at the new dealership. While Brett and Sam are stellar as always, and the work was done satisfactorily, the no longer solely Mini environment is definitely a step down. The space is loud, the parking is convoluted, and the energy is overwhelming. It would be better to have a more clearly defined Mini space with a true Mini vibe.
