Jason was wonderful, however, given the hour-ish I was in the waiting room, only two people walked by and acknowledged me by saying good morning. It’s disappointing that not even the men who work in the financial offices near the waiting area are even friendly, kind of initiate any conversation. I call it the west herr effect. Unfortunately the dealership has changed ownership since I leased my vehicle and I was happier with the prior ownership. West herr is not a conglomerate I would ever choose to do business with, and now I’m forced to finish the lease out with a company that I don’t support, like or value. West Herr should seriously consider the direction of their company, the people they are hiring and the friendliness of the atmosphere they have created. I don’t feel valued, or part of a family, through west herr or BMW. I challenge the dealership and new ownership to make me feel valued, heard and important. It has taken a turn for the worse.
