First off. Buying my car was a great experience. Big Tom worked with me just as I asked as I live 2 hours from the dealership. I pick the vehicle out and asked Buying my car was a great experience. Big Tom worked with me just as I asked as I live 2 hours from the dealership. I pick the vehicle out and asked to have al the paperwork ready when I came to pick it up and they did. But when it came to them full filling the 30 day warranty they called miserably. As I stated I live 2 hours away. The battery was old and died so I purchased a new one and asked them to cover the cost and they denied. I sent all the info they asked for and still dropped the ball. $127. I will never waist my time with West Herr again. More
