Too big of a group.now Customer feels lost in the paperwork. Attention to detail lacking. Missed out on earlier lease offers b/c sales did not get back to me when I had a service appt. Service dept missed tire inflation, it took 2 & 1/2 hrs to get paperwork to sell me my own leased vehicle even though I had a pre-arranged appointment with sales. More
