It's a shame how poorly they treat their customers after they get them to sign the contract. More

Service Management Nightmare Sold us a 2012 Jeep Liberty. Gave us a rental for the week because the muffler needed to be replaced. Apparently, while lifted for the muffler, their Sold us a 2012 Jeep Liberty. Gave us a rental for the week because the muffler needed to be replaced. Apparently, while lifted for the muffler, their mechanic "didn't notice" that the oil pan was completely rotted through (my girlfriend who can barely put wiper fluid into her own car noticed it immediately when she crawled underneath). When we found out a few weeks into owning the car (we're pouring quarts of oil in every day) we called them because we just bought the car and they sold it to us in that condition. Service manager was nasty to us on the phone. Had to do a lot of fighting to get them to even look at it. Currently fighting to get them to repair it. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!! This has been an absolute nightmare and they have been nothing but rude and deceiving! More
No service is poor service I had a scheduled 9:00 am appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. It should be a 45 minute service. I dropped my vehicle off at 8:45 am and I had a scheduled 9:00 am appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. It should be a 45 minute service. I dropped my vehicle off at 8:45 am and returned to pick it up at 11:00 am. Not only was my vehicle not ready after 2 hours, but it wasn't even taken in yet. The service guy told me he could get it in right now and it would take 45 minutes. I had to be to work by 12:00 noon and couldn't wait. So I left without the service being performed. Why take appointments if you can't stick to the time. Their time is no more important than my time. DISAPPOINTED! More

Recent vehicle exchange. I recently bought a truck from west herr that had issues that kept coming up. I brought it in several times with the issue not being fixed. During this time my salesman Corey Rowell kept in constant touch with me and updating me on the trucks status and if everything was going alright. I got to the point where I was just not satisfied with my purchase and contacted Corey and told him I did not want the vehicle anymore and asked what can be done about trading it in and getting a new one with no issues. Corey spoke to his management staff and informed me that they will find something more reliable and that they want to make things right. They found me a truck that was very well taken care of and for the same price. I love the new truck now and an extremely happy with my purchase. Corey took the extra step in assiting me in setting me up with a reliable truck and made the adjustments with my lender so that everything was in order. I went in this past weekend and drove out with my new truck in an hour. The managers told me they wanted to make things right, and they did. I am happy with my new truck. More

I am in awe that I have set up two appointments with Lisa Rogenmoser and with both appointments I was literally blown off. The first time was an early morning appointment and she failed to arrive to work on Rogenmoser and with both appointments I was literally blown off. The first time was an early morning appointment and she failed to arrive to work on time, thus my husband and I had to leave. Now this evening I called to confirm our appointment as I was on my way to the dealership with my husband and two small children and she was out of the the office for the evening. I cannot understand how a salesperson can repeatedly fail to make appointments with customers and not even have the courtesy to call to inform the customer that they are not going to be available. I will say that speaking to her manager Eric provided me a feeling that my voice was being heard. It's amazing that a new vehicle purchase, especially of a Cadillac Escalade, would not be a deal worthy of the commission involved. More
I dealt with Lisa and we would have bought the vehicle we were looking at but Lisa showed no interest in us at all.I mean if she would have just offered us anything we were right on the fence.We loved the ca were looking at but Lisa showed no interest in us at all.I mean if she would have just offered us anything we were right on the fence.We loved the car it was too much for our budget but we would have bought it because we loved it.I never met a car salesperson who didn't try to close a deal....but she didn't nor did she care.Maybe there was not enough commission on it.Oh well bought a car from Transitowne and got a good deal.
