What can I say, my situation was very unique. I just bought my BEAUTIFUL Silverado Trail Boss from West Herr and brought it in to service for it's Ceramic Coat and to have a 2nd Key Programmed. T I just bought my BEAUTIFUL Silverado Trail Boss from West Herr and brought it in to service for it's Ceramic Coat and to have a 2nd Key Programmed. The Ceramic Coat was stunning !! That second key couldn't be programmed and was a large unexpected task due to the sophistication of the security and Theft Deterrent System . It took days to finally determine the cause . Dan W. was way ahead of it and set me up with a loaner (nice Silverado). Sean and his tech team zeroed in on the culprit and I couldn't have been more grateful. I picked up my Beautiful Trail Boss and not only did they solve that Technical Mystery, it looked as clean it was off of the Showroom Floor. WOW !!! There's nothing more to say than they've won and earned my respect and they will have me as a service customer for a long time. WELL DONE GUYS !!! Thank You, Dave Masci More
