My experience was wonderful . Shaun was thorough in his explanation of the vehicle. Michele could not have done more for me. She also repeated this information when I picked up the car as well as input the information in my I phone. I may need further assistance as my computer skills are not great and it was difficult to absorb all the new facets of my vehicle, particularly because it is electric. Honestly, the greatest fea I have is finding a place to replace the electricity, though Michele and Shaun have explained the proximity of the filling stations. They did their best to reassure me , but because the concept is so new I am still a little concerned. Hopefully practice will give me confidence. More
