No one bothered to put a Mileages sticker on my windshield either, letting me know when to bring it in for a oil change, rotating the tires, possibly a tune up plus any of the extras they would usu windshield either, letting me know when to bring it in for a oil change, rotating the tires, possibly a tune up plus any of the extras they would usually perform when you purchase their maintenance service contract. I also had a problem with the first employee taking advantage of a elderly women on her own browsing the cars and interested in what the difference is between buying one out right or leasing. I was actually suckered into buying one which the salesman never went over the paper work with me concerning price and monthly payments. Make sure you bring someone with you and hope for the best. It took some time before it eventually got remedy having Ryan Woodward taking care of me the 2nd time around instead. Thank you Ryan Woodward for showing you cared about a senior customer. Sorry to say, I highly doubt I would deal with them again. If I need another car in the future I would end up going to a small dealership or a private owner. More
