The experience of buying my Jeep Cherokee at West Herr was a very good one. But that is normally going to be positive because a dealership wants your business. My most recent experience is what makes makes me want to post a review. My house was broken into at night while I was upstairs sleeping. A very scary and stressful situation. They stole my purse, which meant they had my keys and could come back and steal my Jeep. I called the dealership and explained the situation. They were able to get me in that day to rekey the vehicle. It was an unexpected expense that I wasn't really budgeted for but a necessary one. The staff was very kind and very helpful. They helped give me some peace of mind that my Jeep was now safe. THAT is great customer service and a big reason that I will remain a West Herr customer. More
