When I initially stopped in to West Herr Honda, it was simply to test drive a few cars to see what I might want to replace my Ford Escape with. On all occasions I've been treated with the utmost courtesy from the time I phoned for an appiontment until I got in my car to leave. Regarding work performed on my car, everything to be done was explained beforehand as well as when work had been completed. Any questions I had were answered fully, including getting a test drive. And at no time have I felt I've been talked down to because I'm a woman! As for waiting while work is being completed, your waiting area is very comfortable and accomodating. The staff is very friendly and helpful until the sale is made. Any promises made by the sales person make sure are taken care of before the sale is final or they will not take care of it and give you a run made. I was sold a used truck under the agreement that both keyless entries would be fixed so they work and i would recieve the keys to enter the tollbox in the bed of the truck. Now i have two sets of keyless entrys that do not work, a toolbox i can not even enter and a month later still getting a run around. More
