West Herr Hyundai

Took two trips to get the Dealer to replace a bad engine coil. This is after two trips to another dealer who replaced another engine coil and spark plug. The first time, the computer could not find the prob coil. This is after two trips to another dealer who replaced another engine coil and spark plug. The first time, the computer could not find the problem. So I picked up the car, drove it 4 miles and the check engine light came on again. This time, the computer was able to find the problem. After 4 trips, I expected all four engine coils to be replaced. However, this was not done. My case is currently being investigated by Hyundai USA. My service rep, Casey, was kind, friendly and knowledgeable. And he should be remembered for those excellent qualities. More
