I took our Nissan Quest in to get the air conditioning fixed and as always, Michael Wright could have not been nicer and more professional throughout the entire process. I wish my other car were a Nissan fixed and as always, Michael Wright could have not been nicer and more professional throughout the entire process. I took my car in to get an oil change & tire rotation and to see what else they'd find because my 5 year/100K mile Platinum warranty expires in Aug. I was called by my "service advisor" Patti to tell me all to see what else they'd find because my 5 year/100K mile Platinum warranty expires in Aug. I was called by my "service advisor" Patti to tell me all the things they found wrong with the car: My front rotors were warped causing uneven ware on my brakes?? I just had the breaks and rotors replaced back in December before my holiday road trip down south. The car didn't pull or pulsate when I stopped so declined the repair. My wiper blades need to be replaced because they're streaking. Again, back in Dec before my road trip I purchased one of the most expensive blades you can buy, Rain X Latitudes and installed them. Then the biggie, the lower rear control arms are broken right off!! Her exact words, they rusted right through and have broken away from the vehicle?? I said I drove the car there and there was no noises of any kind. She said they can correct this "dangerous" situation for $1400! I declined and said I have the Platinum Insurance Plan and that should be covered by it right? She said no, they say it broke due to corrosion, which is considered normal wear. I said I'll be over to pick up my car later. The manager whos name I belive is Tim called to say he'd like to place a call to the Insurance comp. to see if he can get them to cover my Control Arm issue but needs to keep the car till Monday?? I said ok but Monday at 4pm came and no word so I called and asked what is going on? He said he called this morning and no reply so he'll call right now and call back. He called back saying nope, they declined the repair because it broke because of rust. He said he called the VP and they agreed to do the job for half since I'm such a great human being?? I said no thank you and to be honest, my Uncle owns a shop and he'll do any work I need done for cost of parts. I stopped to pick up the car and the manager kept saying ohhhh I wouldn't drive that car, I'd have it towed... I said it doesn't make any noises and I drove it here fine. He again said very dangerous and I wouldn't drive it etc. I drove the car directly to my Uncles shop and sure enough, he put on lift and said there is nothing wrong with the Lower Control Arms! They are not rusted through, they have not broken away from the vehicle, they are rusted but no more than the rest of the under carriage. He said he pryed on them with pry bar and hit them with a hammer and still solid. Funny thing is as I was looking through my paperwork they were also trying to charge me $1021 for 4 bad Tire Pressure Control Sensors BUT didn't say a word on the pho0ne about that issue?? Shouldn't that have been covered by my Platinum Plan, why didn't anyone bring that up to me?? This dealership and their management should be ASHAMED of themselves!! How pathetic they have to use life threatening "scare tactics" to con people into getting things done to their car that really doesn't need to be done or is far from as bad as they make it out to sound!!! SHAME ON ALL OF YOU, especially management for allowing this BS to continually occur! More
My experience with West Herr Nissan Service Dept. was once again excellent. The Service Manager who helped me, Patti, ordered the needed part quickly which allowed for the repair to also be complete was once again excellent. When possible, Patti arranged for shuttle service; otherwise she arranged for car rental that was easy and convenient. Overall, I highly recommend West Herr Nissan for sales and for their excellent, caring service professionals in the Service Department! More
Service was very good. That being said I was told I need a new windshield washer pump it was broken and hoses are no longer attached they told me there was a scratch/dent o That being said I was told I need a new windshield washer pump it was broken and hoses are no longer attached they told me there was a scratch/dent on front bumper when I looked there isn’t a scratch or dent on the whole car not a mark. I lease the car and this could be a manufacturer problem I haven’t even opened the hood. I’ve been a faithful customer for 15 years always leasing rogues. I do not feel this is my fault and I should not have to pay $266.97 this is ridiculous could someone please reach out to me on this issue More
I had the pleasure to work with Matt M. He made my entire car shopping experience effortless. It was not your stereotypical dealership just trying to make a Sale. He listened to my needs and even after I made the purchase he still kept in contact with me to make sure I was still happy with the vehicle. Greg in finance worked so hard and spent hours on the phone with banks trying to strike a deal that I was looking for. He explained the service warranty in detail and went through all of my payment options. More importantly both Matt and Greg explained all the paperwork in detail with me before signing anything. The receptionist Theresa was also very kind and helpful, and was stocking the beverage station when I walked in making everything look clean and presentable. I would recommend this dealership and the people I worked with to anyone I know. More
