Had our 1st oil change today on our 2022 Subaru Outback. Todd who took care of getting our oil changed and tires rotated. I checked a box while completing the online form for a service appointment saying they would have a rental car for me so I did not have to wait while the service took place. Then when checking out, they requested full payment for the oil change even though I confirmed that it was the first service and it was free. They did adjust this after I requested and reminded them. I am very impressed with this dealership , particularly my salesman Paul Name & Dawn Kowksy. They both took their time with me explaining all of the Subaru features. I had some difficulty this morning attempting to start the car with my remote starter. After reading instructions , watching video tutorials in u tube I still couldn't get the car started. I phoned Dan since it was Paul's day off. He was unsuccessful in talking me through on the phone. Dan got a hold of Paul who not only called me on his day off; but came to my home and assisted me. Paul also went out of his way on day of purchase taking my plates to the DMV and hand delivered the receits so I could credit my trade in car with my insurance. This is outstanding customer service !
