I wish I could give negative stars. This service center told me my breaks were in good condition and passed my NYS inspection. Less than 3 months and 5,000 miles later I brought it in a This service center told me my breaks were in good condition and passed my NYS inspection. Less than 3 months and 5,000 miles later I brought it in and the brakes were metal on metal and told me it would be 500$. I was confused because I had both the 36,000 miles and extended warranty. I was told that I was a week past the warranty and that it was blank wear and tear to loose 40% of your break pads in less than a week. I was then told “I’d dig into this for you, but you didn’t buy the car here”. Seriously?!?! You put me in a vehicle with a dangerous brake system because I didn’t buy the car there. Needless to say, I will never use West Herr again. I will say that suburu advocacy has been great. They took care of it and had really been wonderful to work with. They are honoring the warranty and I’m having the vehicle serviced at a different location. More
