I bought my Subaru Impreza at West Herr Subaru at Orchard Park and I couldn't be happier at the Point of Sale. I just made my final payment on the vehicle, and I was looking forward to upgrading to their Su Park and I couldn't be happier at the Point of Sale. I just made my final payment on the vehicle, and I was looking forward to upgrading to their Subaru Forester, but I couldn't find the vehicle's Lien Title. It was never provided to me at the Point of Sale. So, I called Subaru Motors Finance to request for a copy of the document, and they declined me. I was told it wasn't their job, and I was deferred back to West Herr. So, I called West Herr Subaru at Orchard Park for a duplicate copy of the Lien Title. I spoke to a female in their finance department, and she told me, and I quote "you get a copy of your Lien Title from DMV, not West Herr." She was wrong. NYS requires all Lien Titles to be rendered by the dealership to the seller at the Point of Sale. She was unfinformed and highly consdescending. Her whimsical tone, content, and context was offensive. Her level of disrespect fueled me to follow with West Herr management to ensure you don't have the same experience. I spoke to a John Simonin in their Management Department and he said he would look into the matter. He reportedly spoke to the General Manager who reportedly provided him permission to give me $500 off a new car. He never addressed the original problem; the ommission of the Lien Title. He became part of the problem, not part of the solution. Anyone can make mistakes, and I don't have a problem with it , but when you disrespect me, as a customer, you failed as a representative of West Herr. It is amazing how a single employee can leave such a damaging and lasting impression on a buyer, and this female, in the Finance Department, did just that. She cost West Herr Subaru at Orchard Park a Sale, and a trade in with low mileage and immaculate condition. West Herr is not the only Subaru Dealer in the area, and I will certainly use that to my advantage. More

Always great dealing with West Herr. This is my 5th Subaru. Lindsay Wiepert was the sales agent for all of them. Always friendly, knowledgeable, and knows what I want. Frank was very rude, told me I should expect to wait longer than anticipated . I was told on phone it would be 15 min to 3 hours. I gave them over 4 . Someone told the phone people to give me that time frame which I would have been 5 hours if I didn’t show up. Frank was rude. A woman standing there told me “they’re service is awful” no kidding.
