I had some lingering issues after repairs from another location. I was given an appointment with Todd in the service shop and a loaner car for the time being. He kept in close contact during the time they had my car and was very friendly and happy to help. He eagerly answered any questions I had. Todd also got in contact with the previous repair shop to make sure warranties were covered and that there was communication between the two places about repairs. He also never did anything extra, if noticed, without calling and confirming due to potential extra charges. More
