Frank was very condescending. He made me uncomfortable to be at West Herr. From the start he questioned why I didn’t know what type of tire was to be put on my car. Telling me I s He made me uncomfortable to be at West Herr. From the start he questioned why I didn’t know what type of tire was to be put on my car. Telling me I should have said something when I set up the appointment. Also made me feel like I was a crazy person for having the tire warranty. I told him to change the tire and worry about calling when the they opened. AN HOUR LATER he told me I have the warranty. When I asked why he didn’t change my tire he said so I wouldn’t be charged. I needed the tire regardless and he wasted more of my time. ALMOST AN HOUR AND HALF LATER he came in with a third lie and told me he needed tto get some type of verification code for the tire warranty. I waited close to 2.5 hours to have ONE tire changed. I watched the other service guy be pleasant with the other customers and what I got was a man talking down to me. More
