Always great dealing with West Herr. This is my 5th Subaru. Lindsay Wiepert was the sales agent for all of them. Always friendly, knowledgeable, and knows what I want. Frank was very rude, told me I should expect to wait longer than anticipated . I was told on phone it would be 15 min to 3 hours. I gave them over 4 .
