I had gone there looking for a Subaru Forester. Davonte Shannon had greeted me at the door. Knowlegable on the vehicles. Very friendly and helpful. Neat clean and had immediate attention. Went over all that was needed but..... I spent 1400 on a car I assumed would pass inspection. I’ve had 5 Subaru’s in the past. One drove to almost 300 k miles.... that was needed but..... I spent 1400 on a car I assumed would pass inspection. I’ve had 5 Subaru’s in the past. One drove to almost 300 k miles.... this one only 113k.... then I ended up leasing a Ford. Todd did his job but if I could not get the engine light to go off I would NOT have wasted 1424 $.....or wiper blade or on a wheel bearing or the rest. I trusted Subaru....Has always been excellent....I trusted West Herr....kind of disappointed with such an abrupt end to my car...changing brands. I wish the protocol was to FIX the main issue before being sold on the other items that are now a waste...... I assumed too much.... More
