I bought my first Subaru at this dealership in the early 2000’s. Then I moved away and bought my second Subaru in Jamestown, NY at a different dealership. I then moved again in 2020, and now I live right down the street from West Herr Subaru. When I needed a new Subaru, it was a “no-brainer” that I would be going to West Herr. They’re a solid, professional dealership. The only thing that doesn’t get them 5 stars is price, but that’s really not their fault. Subaru keeps improving their cars so much that the prices had to go up. I wish I had paid a little less, but who doesn’t wish that when they buy a new car ? More

I was shocked to see the lack of masks and social distancing the other day when I took my car to be inspected. I did not feel comfortable at all. I was told, "It's like a restaurant.
